Indeed, although our land was in need of water, and in January and February it rained abundantly and just as it should, it was about time — it really was about time! — for the sun to make its appearance and lend its invaluable help in the natural drying of our cork stoppers.
Without wasting any time, 62 containers, holding more than 1.5 million cork stoppers, will be out in our yard from sunrise until shortly before sunset, as shown in the photo.
These are the risks and the advantages of wanting to continue doing our work just as we say we do.
