Yesterday we said goodbye from Gruart La Mancha in Madrid to our friend María Isabel Mijares García-Pelayo, who has been a faithful friend and connoisseur of this house since its inception. A very strong hug to her family and friends and, especially, to her husband Bibí, her daughter Isabel Verine Mijares and her brothers. A toast to heaven. RIP
