Our company has recently signed an agreement with the UCLM (University of Castilla La Mancha), for the carrying out of a research project.
Seven prestigious winemakers (Spaniard and Frenchmen) take part in this project as well. And the objective is to progress with the knowledge of the connection “Cork-Wine”.
The project will last at least 9 months.
