NEW PRODUCTION MANAGER IN GLM
Since on 20 July the production department of GLM is reinforced with the incorporation of Serafín Aparicio.Serafín is promoted to Production Manager, as he knows perfectly the factory and the manufacturing and programming systems. Besides he comes from GLM1, where he has been the controller of the raw material to date.
RESEARCH PROJECT
After the control of samples of the first and second phase of the research Project, on which we are working with the UCLM (University of Castilla-La Mancha) and a group of renowned winemakers, we can announce that there is good reason to be optimistic and at the end of the year the result of this project could bring us good news, which lead us to more safety in the cork stoppers.
NEW TREATMENTS
Finally we would like to inform you, that after several months of successful testing, we have decided to implement a new washing treatment for our stoppers, which will minimize the already low risk of aromatic deviations of the stoppers. This new treatment is applied to all the cork stoppers (natural and colmated) in our company.
