One more year, when these dates arrive, we have to receive the BRC auditors, and with a good amount of nerves, we wait for the two days that the critical moment lasts to pass.
The marked days have been on 19th and 20th of October. And fortunately, at the end of the afternoon of the 20th, I receive news from the company delegates, to justify the audit, telling me that, still provisionally as usual, we have successfully passed the audit and moved up in category to the maximum possible from our position AA.
Even though the true architects of the success in this matter are Sonia Bautista and Juan Amador, and I congratulate them, I cannot forget that all our work is increasingly necessary to be carried out as a team, which is why I extend my congratulations to the whole team. Without each of them it would be more difficult.
But, finally and being totally honest, I must say that, if it were not for the customers we currently have, it would be absolutely impossible to reach this rating. We work with them more and more frequently, side by side, with their technical departments and, although they demand more and more from us, we understand that it is the only way to continue learning and regulating our organization and production processes.
