t the beginning of July we started “la saca” (extraction of the cork from the trees) that due to the rainy spring we had to start 20 days late.
We expect that by the end of September all the cork will be placed in our outdoor courtyard following the protocol that the Systecode marks.
This year some customers came with us to see a “saca” in a plantation near Marbella called “Coto de los Dolores”. They enjoyed “la saca” and were very satisfied.
